About Us…

Inhala Yoga Studio in Exmouth was born in April 2019, creating a space where people gather to feel at peace, comfortable with themselves and feel happy. Everyday we open our doors with the intention of sharing a space for well being, self-discovery and self-improvement where you can express yourself through the practice of yoga, meditation and other health practices.

In the middle of the Australian desert there is a little place that you can call home… and everyone is invited!

Inhala is Spanish for Inhale… Always remember to Breathe.

At Inhala Yoga Studio you will be able to move and breathe in different ways through the practice of…

Ocean Energy is a guided Pranayama practice to promote stillness in our mind and body, focusing on the 4 parts of our breath: our inhale, our exhale, and those precious retentions in between. This class is not only beneficial to freediving training, it is also beneficial to everybody while we train our bodies to be more efficient with oxygen, gain better respiration and thoracic muscle flexibility, all while being calm and relaxed.

Thrive & Expand

Tantric Hatha

By Cassandra Pickel

In the end, yoga has less to do with what you can do with your body and more to do with the happiness that unfolds from realising your full potential” – Rod Stryker

Thrive & Expand through this practice that uses yoga poses for specific energetic purposes and includes the more subtle aspects of the Tantric Hatha tradition, such as breath work and meditation.

Each week we will work with a chosen theme over the two classes, with the first class laying the foundations and the second class expanding upon them, to ensure a full experience of the depth of this Tradition. Each class is designed to help you excel and guide you towards your most fulfilling and empowered life.

Yang to Yin

Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga

By Maria Buzeta

“There is peaceful, there is wild: I’m both at the same time” – Sum

I believe that happiness is found when balance is achieved. This afternoon class will start with an active warm up, through flow and movement we will aim to help our minds and bodies to distress and move freely from asana to asana connecting our breath to every single movement. The second half of the practice will slow us down arriving to a still and peaceful state, staying for a few minutes in each asana so our body can absorb every benefit of it, hydrating and letting the soft tissues of our entire body release tension while calming down the beats of our hearts and the stream of our thoughts.

Create Space

Slow Vinyasa Flow

By Lily Wolf

“Light comes to a person who extends his awareness a little more than seems possible”

This class is focused on creating space for yourself- creating space in the body, the mind, and the emotional state. While you will be led through a series of asanas in a slow vinyasa flow, different physical sensations , thoughts, and emotions will arise. Through guidance of breath and movement, you will bring experience back into the body- opening up and achieving a sense of acceptance and calm. Students will receive a balance of being nudged out of their comfort zone, while still learning to listen to their bodies and what they need personally.
