Energy Flow is a dynamic practice that aligns a deliberate sequence of asanas flowing through movement and breath. We will start off gently awakening the body, then slowly build prana as we work the entire body. Let’s celebrate our ability to move, flow and breath through a mindfulness and dynamic practice that will open your heart and wake up your senses while feeling present with yourself.

Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga

I believe that happiness is found when balance is achieved. This afternoon class will start with an active warm up, through flow and movement we will aim to help our minds and bodies to distress and move freely from asana to asana connecting our breath to every single movement. The second half of the practice will slow us down arriving to a still and peaceful state, staying for a few minutes in each asana so our body can absorb every benefit of it, hydrating and letting the soft tissues of our entire body release tension while calming down the beats of our hearts and the stream of our thoughts.

Vinyasa Flow & Meditation

This class offers a moderately-paced vinyasa flow aimed to strengthen the body, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation to help become more grounded and focused. All levels are welcome to come to this practice, nourishing both the body and the mind.

Moving into stillness

This class is an invitation to go inwards and explore the connection between your mind, body and spirit: a gentle flow aimed to ground you and prepare for stillness will be followed by a guided meditation. We will discover different techniques together, from simply focusing on breath, to body scans, visualisations, loving kindness meditations and more. This practice will help you bring more awareness and happiness into your day to day life. Absolutely all levels are welcome.

Mat Pilates

 Pilates will hit every muscle in your body, even the ones you didn’t know about. Pilates works to give your physic definition while creating long lean muscles giving you power and agility. This class will gift your body with 50minutes of a dynamic toning and strengthening that also keeps the tempo up keeping your heart rate up to ensure you get a full body fat burn. This is followed by a restorative 10 min full body stretch and cool down.

Classes are inclusive to all levels of fitness.

Mindful Pilates

A transformative fusion of pilates + yoga, this class utilizes slow, controlled, mindful movements and breathwork. You will be guided through a series of exercises targeting major muscle groups, whilst transitioning with dynamic movements. This practice will increase strength, flexibility, postural alignment and mobility. With each movement and breadth, you will deepen your connection between the body and mind.
