Beginners Yoga, 3-Day Course

This course is designed for complete beginners in yoga, and for those who practiced before but would like to go over the basics once again.
During three 90-minute classes running throughout the week, step by step we will build our knowledge about the basics of movement and breath in yoga, and introduce the theory and simple meditations.

We will focus on correct alignment in poses to make you confident to go to other classes and start practicing on your own. Wether you are looking for a workout and a stretch, want to reconnect with yourself, or learn how to use movement and breath to ground yourself and feel more present – everyone is welcome and will find what they’re looking for.

The price includes the 3 classes, plus a 20% discount on our 2 week unlimited introductory offer, for you to immerse yourself in the different practices of yoga that we offer at Inhala after the Beginners Course!
