Sailing Through Yoga

Sailing – Yoga – Private Chef On Board a

Luxury Catamaran!

Your days begin with a welcoming sunrise viewed from your anchored perch on the ocean, as we delve in to a morning yoga practice to awaken the body and mind. This sunrise session is followed by a delicious, nourishing breakfast on the spacious bow of the your home for the next 2 nights “Ningaloo Virgin”

Daily pranayama breathing sessions, and yoga classes, are held either on the boat or on the shores of secluded beach spots the yacht takes us. Mindful morning practices of Vinyasa yoga aim to activate your body, release tension and revitalize your mind to set you up for a beautiful day of sailing. During the afternoons we will wind down and ground ourselves through Yin Yoga. This soothing and time honored practice helps to process the day’s activities, relaxing our fascia and minds.

Nourishment for the mind, soul and body: to complement the stunning surrounds of the World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Reef and the guided yoga sessions, delectable meals will be freshly prepared and cooked by our on-board chef.

About Us

Sandy Burt

Perth, Australia

Skipper and Owner of Cruise Ningaloo

“Hi, I am Sandy, the owner and your skipper while you’re sailing on Cruise Ningaloo. I have always been drawn to nature; to the outdoors and the ocean.
Throughout my life I have enjoyed maintaining a healthy lifestyle, part of which has been nutritional and simple food.
In more recent years I have been drawn to yoga. While I am no certified yogi, yoga IS an important part of my life and what makes me tick – thus the opportunity to collaborate with Maria and and Flo, two professionals whom I respect, is a perfect symbiosis”

Maria Jose Buzeta

Santiago, Chile

Founder of Inhala Yoga Studio

Yoga is a way of life, for myself as well as others. My true passion for this practice resides in sharing what it means to me; a dedicated space in our day that calls us to be present, balanced and connected. Cherishing my home, my body, accepting my flaws and embracing my positive synergy, yoga gives meaning to every step I take. Inhala Yoga Studio opened its doors to welcome equally every person in the search of calm, connection and wellness. Our retreats take Inhala outside the studio, letting you enjoy our little piece of paradise located in the heart of the Ningaloo Reef. I hope to meet and share this all with you soon”.

Florent Meytras

France – Australia

Chef based in Western Australia

“Born French but I had the chance to be trained by multiple chefs from different types of global cuisine; I love cooking food from all over the world, mainly fresh and healthy. Freshly caught fish, grilled veges and a fruity dessert would be my favourite!”
