Yin + Sound Bath, Ho oponopono

I’m sorry – Please forgive me – Thank you – I love you

A healing sound and yin practice by Sharon and Maria will aim to connect you to the foundation of the Ho’oponopono practice of unity: healing an unbreakable bond, a healthy relationship with others, with the earth, with yourself. Holding a space of reflection, repentance, forgiveness and gratitud.

As within, So without

As we forgive others, us too are forgiven. Healing our past we help healing our present, letting go, setting our selves free from thing we cannot change and feeling gratitud for our ability to move forward.

“In common with other shamanic traditions, the Hawaiian tradition teaches that all life is connected. Ho’oponopono is, therefore, not only a way of healing ourselves, but others and our world as well.” – Timothy Freke, Shamanic Wisdomkeepers

I am sorry – What am I sorry for?

(Please) Forgive me – Where do I still need or seek forgiveness?

Thank you – What am I thankful for?

I love you – Do I really feel loved, and am I worthy of love?
