Yin, Sound & Yoga Nidra

Join Cass for a deeply nourishing 2hr practice.  First we will sit in silence, experiencing the breath (pranayama) before moving through a series of accessible heart opening Yin poses sequenced to shift and move stagnant physical and emotional energy.

Following Yin you will enjoy the healing energy of both Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls to deepen and enhance the effects of Meditation. Cass will guide you through a 20min Yoga Nidra sequence before surrendering you into stillness for the final 40mins of sound.
