Booking & Attendance

All class bookings must be made via the Mindbody Online platform. Each student must have an active Mindbody account to attend a class. If you arrive without an active booking, teachers may request that you log into your account before the session begins to register attendance.

Memberships

• Weekly Unlimited Memberships are non-refundable if you choose not to attend.

   

• Memberships can be placed on hold with a valid medical certificate or proof of travel.

   

• One holiday pause is allowed per membership. All other pause requests must be supported by medical or travel documentation.

   

Contract Terms:

• No lock-in membership: 1-month minimum term.

   

• 6-month contract: Early termination requires payment of 50% of the remaining contract value.

   

Class Cancellations (Low Attendance)

Inhala Yoga Studio enforces a 3-mat minimum booking policy. If fewer than 3 bookings are received:

• The class will be cancelled,

   

• The class credit will be returned to your Mindbody account,

   

• If you are unable to use the returned credit, you may request a full refund of the individual class.

   

Yoga Passes

• Yoga passes are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, subject to studio discretion.

   

Vouchers & Gift Cards

• Vouchers or gift cards, regardless of type or monetary value, are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (e.g., if the voucher is faulty or not provided as described).

• Inhala Yoga Studio closed for the summer and reopened on 1 March 2025.

• Vouchers purchased prior to 30 December 2024 are not eligible for a refund, as they were valid for redemption during the reopening period from 1 March to 29 May 2025.

• This three-month redemption window is considered a reasonable timeframe under the ACL.

Business Closure – Effective 29 May 2025

Due to financial hardship, Inhala Yoga Studio will permanently close on Thursday, 29 May 2025.

If you hold unused class passes, you may request a partial refund under the following conditions:

• Refunds apply only to passes purchased on or after 1 September 2024.

   

• Requests must be submitted by 3 June 2025 via email to hello@inhalayogastudio.com.

   

• You will receive a refund of 50% of the value of your remaining unused passes.

   

All eligible refunds will be processed by 10 June 2025.
